小学英语语音教学过程性设计与分析——以PEP三年级下册Unit 4 Let’s Spell 为例李富强
摘要：语音教学是小学英语课堂教学的重要课型之一。但在现实课堂教学中，不少教师往往忽视此类型语音教学，一带而过或者缺乏有效的教学设计，缺失灵活多元的教学 ***。针对当前存在的这些问题，本文从笔者观摩的一节小学英语语音教学展示课入手，回顾和分析了小学英语语音教学设计过程，并提出了语音教学应注意研读教材，紧扣语音教学目标，结合相应的语篇，新旧知识间的衔接和滚动，创设真实自然的语境，做到步骤要清晰、层层递进、教学形式灵活多样等，以此提高小学英语语音教学的效率。

一、引言
《义务教育英语课程标准(2011版)》(教育部，2012:39)指出：“语音教学是语言教学的重要内容之一，自然规范的语音、语调将为有效的口语交际打下良好的基础。” 二级语音目标明确要求学生了解简单的拼读规则。语音教学应注重语义与语境、语调与语流相结合，不要单纯追求单音的准确性，其终极目标是为语言交际服务。在PEP小学英语教材中，三至六年级按照由易到难的层次梯度安排了专门的“Letters and sounds”和“Let’s spell”语音教学板块，有着清晰的语音教学目标，其主要目的是培养学生的语音意识，帮助学生学会发现和总结语音规律。然而，在现实课堂教学中，不少教师忽视此类型语音教学，往往是一带而过，又或者是缺乏有效的教学设计，仅仅是枯燥灌输发音规则，缺乏多元教学 ***。在英语教学起始阶段，小学英语语音教学主要应通过模仿来进行，教师应提供大量听音、模仿和实践的机会，多采用观察、发现、分析、归纳、对比、总结等的教学方式，帮助学生养成良好的发音习惯。
